Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Standard orders must be placed by 12.00 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 2-3 business days from when the order is processed.
- Flash orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive in 1-2 business days from when the order is placed.
- Expedite orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following holidays:

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Lavielabs warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
International Payment Methods
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Isracard, Maestro.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
If you have placed an order online, you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section, then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Lavielabs. Lavielabs reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Lavielabs purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Lavielabs.com purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
